Laura has been teaching group fitness for 6 years. She grew up doing Ballet, Gymnastics, and other sports so she’s a natural at coaching and motivating. Her favorite workout music is Pop and/or Hip-Hop. She loves teaching classes because of the creativity it allows her and being part of others’ fitness journey.

John Monger, a NFPT certified personal trainer passionate about helping clients unlock their full potential through personalized fitness programs. He specializes in creating dynamic and achievable routines that incorporate strength training, conditioning, and flexibility tailored to each individual's goals and lifestyle. JOHN teaches STRENGTH, RECOVERY and coaches PERSONAL TRAINING.
Christina has been teaching fitness classes for over 7 years. She is an E-RYT 200, an inferno hot Pilates level 1 & 2 instructor, certified in barre, cycle, rebounding, weight training, and HIIT.

🅱🆁🅸 is a dedicated group fitness instructor with four years of experience in teaching spin classes. Her passion for fitness extends beyond the spin studio as she continually seeks to expand her expertise into new fitness methods. Bri’s energetic and supportive teaching style makes her classes both challenging and welcoming for participants of all levels.
Nic is a certified personal trainer with expertise in strength and conditioning, as well as corrective exercise. He holds a B.S. in Exercise Sports and Movement Science from the University of Memphis and an M.S. in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology from the University of Florida with background in cardiac and orthopedic rehab.
🅲🅾🆁🅺🅴🆈 is an ACE-certified group fitness instructor and has been teaching group fitness classes since 2021. She was trained cycle, strength training, Barre, Mobility, Core, Pool Workout classes. She is also Reiki 2 certified.

🅺🅰🆃🅷🅰🅻🅴🅽🅴 is an AFAA-certified Group Fitness instructor with a rich background in dance. With over 35 years of experience in dancing, teaching, and choreographing, she has performed for the Los Angeles Clippers, created routines for the LA Lakers Girls and the San Diego Chargers Cheerleaders, and served as the Dance Director for the Memphis Grizzlies. Kathalene instructs classes such as BURN, MOBILITY, STRENGTH and IGNITE.
Lisa, the lead trainer, has over eight years of experience as a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. She is certified in Strong Nation, TRX, and Fitness Nutrition, and is also a state-licensed massage therapist, providing a comprehensive approach to fitness. She believes in meeting individuals where they are in their health and wellness journey and assisting them in surpassing their perceived limits.
